Thank you for considering our 3D locomotive commission services. The following terms of service (TOS) apply to all 3D locomotive commissions.

 

Scope of Services

We offer 3D locomotive modeling and design services. The scope of services includes the creation of a 3D model of a locomotive based on your specifications and requirements. You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the model throughout the design process. Once the final model is approved, you will receive the final 3D files.

Copyright and Ownership

You will own the copyright and ownership of the 3D model we create for you. However, we reserve the right to use images of the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

 

Revisions and Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any revisions or changes you request during the design process. However, major changes requested after the final model has been approved may require an additional fee.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time for any reason. If the project is terminated before completion, you will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to that point.
